Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Estonia.

Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the inventory preparation and arrange for shipment within 15 to 30 working days (delays may occur during holidays or special circumstances).

Logistics delivery time: The international transportation time varies depending on the destination and usually takes 7 to 20 working days (excluding customs clearance time).

After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link. You can check the status of your package through the official website of the carrier (such as DHL, UPS or local post office).

If you do not receive the logistics notification within 15 days after shipment, please check your spam folder or contact customer service for verification.

  1. Transportation Risks and Responsibilities

Tariffs and taxes: International orders may incur import duties, value-added taxes and other charges, which shall be borne by the buyer themselves. The specific amount is subject to the regulations of the local customs.

Lost/Damaged package

If the package is lost during transportation, please provide the logistics tracking record. We will assist in claiming compensation from the carrier (the result of compensation is not guaranteed).

Before signing for the package, please check its appearance. If you find any obvious damage, please refuse to accept it and keep photos as evidence. Contact customer service for handling.

Address accuracy: Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and correct when placing an order. If the package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Force majeure: In the event of delays caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or changes in customs policies, we will promptly notify, but will not bear additional liability for compensation.
